I purchased vinyls from a specialty wall covering store in Orlando. I highly suggest you only consider solid vinyl.
I hand selected teak veneers from Seafarer Marine in Ft. Lauderdale.

On the 11M convertible the solenoid is behind the microwave, which you must remove to access.

Re: International helm plastic type
West System adheres well. I used my international plastic dash panels and glassed over all original gauge openings. I sprayed the finished panels with Awlgrip. http://i1191.photobucket.com/albums/z477/hhaynes61/Mobile%20Uploads/20160306_214711_zpspu2ruc33.jpg http://i1191.photobucket.com/albums/z477...

Re: Dingy advise, hydrofoil?
The dinghy I really want isn't yet available in the US. Check out OC Tenders at OCTenders.com. Very well designed and fast. Scary fast with only 15hp. The hull is 9'11" and weighs only 92 lbs. Unlike RIBs, the entire footprint of the hull is usable space. Pricing is 4500NZ, which is $2940 US......

My 11M cushions are all new. The berth cushion is a 5 inch foam with 1 inch of memory foam glued on top. The mattress is one piece. http://i1191.photobucket.com/albums/z477/hhaynes61/BlueBelle/PhotoAug2475330PM_zpsd4dcbd98.jpg http://i1191.photobucket.com/albums/z477/hhaynes61/BlueBelle/PhotoAug2475...

Re: Replacement Nav Side Lights
I installed the same nav lights about a year ago. They work great. The footprint is a bit smaller than the original nav lights they replaced on my international, so they looked a bit messy until I repainted the topsides. The tell-tale LED on the top of the housing is great, as I can see it well from...

Re: 1986 Trojan 11M Interior Update
Carioca - My reflections are many. First, lighting upgrades were numerous, with high-end fixtures (Imtra LEDs), and it was well worth the effort and cost. You've got to plan lighting well before you install headliner, so you can run wiring and fixture boxes, if necessary. Also, even if you make new ...

Re: 1986 Trojan 11M Interior Update
I finally installed refinished doors a few weeks ago and thought I'd share a few pics. With that, my interior upgrade is complete...for a while. All full-size doors and cabinet doors are oem...which means they were covered with formica or similar. I removed formica from a few of the doors if there w...

1986 Trojan 11M Interior Update
It's been a while since I've posted. Thought I'd share a few pics of my nearly completed interior update. My wife and I did the vast majority of the work. The only remaining work is completion and installation of 3 teak veneered doors for the stateroom and head...should complete varnishing next week...

Re: fuel tank 11 mt international
The tank in the engine room under the generator is your 40 gallon waste water tank. The entire 350 gallon fuel tank is beneath the cockpit and aft of the rear wall of the engine room.
Hope this helps answer your question.

Re: Shower exhaust fan
It is behind the microwave...about two feet in to port. The blower unit is mounted to the hull on a plywood plate. It is not an inline unit...it is a flange mount radial blower with the exterior vent mounted to it. Behind the microwave, to port, you should find 2 such blowers. The aft blower is the ...

Welcome and best of luck with the inspections. I purchased my rig in Miami a few years ago and brought it north. Plenty of F series wisdom on the site. Welcome!

Re: Shower exhaust fan
Is it an express or Flybridge? On the my boat it is located behind the forward bulkhead of the galley. The fan motor is close-coupled with the exterior exhaust grill. Find the 3" exhaust grill (port side on International Flybridge) and you've found the motor.
