I'm guessing at least two of the forward clutches are stuck together or one is warped a little and grabbing on to the next one? I just had it rebuil...

One more....approx. 25 3/8" from top of platform to bottom of rub rail.
I took a picture seeing that the rail angles a little downward.

Ok Todd, here you go.
27 1/2" from top of platform to top of rail.
36 7/8" from water line to top of rail.
The top of the platform lines up even with the top edge of the rudder cover.
Let me know if you need other dimensions.
