Does anyone have information about the emergency power parallel switch and distribution box on this trojan boat. I need help understanding the charging system. Do not know if the switch works but the power goes to a grey box between the engines mount on the transom and then connect to the engines?

Can someone tell me where the thru hull valve for the toilet would be because I found one valve but it has a warning of a fine and this looks like the inlet hose to the toilet just Leary of opening it with that plaque attached to the floor next to the valve ?
