Re: F-28 Blower/Blowers
I am sure there is a way to repair it but we always replace them when they go bad.

Re: F-28 Blower/Blowers
If you can only find one blower cover you have only one blower. If blower cover is missing there is a clear evidence were it would have been.
Also your DC electrical drawing would show the blowers.
If you do not have the electrical drawings for your Trojan give us a call.

Re: Hydraulic steering problems
1.You have air in the lines this is why you have to turn the wheel so many times to get rudders to move. 2. The helm pump is leaking causing air to get in lines and the loss of pressure. 3. The ram is leaking causing air to get in lines and loss of pressure. 4. The fact you can not keep the pressure...

Re: Hydraulic steering problems
Works the same way on single station ( 9 Meter )
Follow instructions on on single sheet in post above or down load the manual.
Add fluid
Purge system
Check fluid
Add air pressure
Test
We recommend you keep a bike pump on board if
you ever need to do this when away from home port.

Re: New to the trojan boating club.
Welcome to the forum. It is not recommended to put any big block in a F 25 or F 26 you will just over power her and push the bow down. If you need a Owners Manual for your Trojan we can make one for you. It comes with the original invoice, electrical drawings and around 100 pages on each system of t...

Trojan's " Silver Hawk "
Trojan's "Silver Hawk" 10 Meter Express
GM Big block ( Truck Gas Engine )
492 cubic inches
500 HP each engine
They also did this to a 9 meter as well.
Only the two made a 9 Meter and a 10 Meter Express.
Picture is most likely CD Canal at Schaefer's Fuel Dock, Chesapeake City, MD
