Just as an FYI for anyone else who runs into this: I couldn't find a replacement for circulation pump pulley 20114 so I ordered R065049. The diameter of this pulley though is larger so it doesn't fit. I still haven't been able to find a replacement for the 20114 pulley. I repaired my old one as best...

Anyone know where I can get a replacement circulation pump pulley? Will any big block short pump v-belt pulley work?

Yeah I like to minimize failure points (extra hoses, fittings, and clamps) but it looks like I have no choice here. I guess I will just use a big loop like what has been on there.

The one on my other engine has the outlet at 45 degrees like the drawing because I replaced it about a year ago. I could do the same for this one but for $300+ I would rather re-use it. I can't seem to find any information on where these 90 degree outlet versions were used.

Looks like your sweet spot is between 20 and 22 knots. Significantly faster than your old sweet spot with the gas engines which was around 15 knots correct?

No no, sorry the picture was just supposed to be of the terrible hose and elbow. The raw water pump is fine... I just rebuilt it a few months ago. The circulation pump is what failed.
