Re: Replacing Raw Water Pump Impellers

Make sure you get the proper one for yours, you should be able to insert the impeller either way as they...

Re: 1976 F32 Main fuse panel conversion

Bill, Good post, I would like to do the same. My fuse block has problems with the fuses making proper contact, fully in they sometimes do not complete the circuit and need to pull the fuse half way out to get contact. Next day totally the opposite. Have been told you can recondition but would prefer...

Re: Window replacement * help

Re: New F36 owner here.....

Welcome aboard, lots of help here, lots of people want to stay original and lots want to upgrade, I think you should make it yours. We have an F32 1976 for 3rd year. Came with vinyl wallpaper through out the interior. Thought of going back to the teak, but were not sure of the labour involved. So no...

Re: Re-Bed F32 bow pulpit

Gitch, what your showing is a pulpit that looks very much the same as mine. I rebuilt mine last winter in the shape and dimensions as to what was on the boat when we bought 3 years ago. It started to rot badly. We do not have teak on the toe rail either. The support for the deck is simply two pieces...

Dean, Get a good boat evaluation from a recommended professional with some proper recommendations then go from there. I don't want to think you have been had, but get some professional help.

Re: Cetol Vs. Oil on Interior Wood

Stripped all exterior teak to bare wood our first year and refinished all with 5 coats 1 day between coats and light sanding with a sanding sponge between coats 3, 4 and 5. Year 2, 3 and 4 light sanding with sponge just to scuff surface and re-coat with a thin layer, keeps it looking fresh. Railings...
