Re: Mid stringers rotten and water in cabin
Hi Scott First, any idea how much of the stringers are damaged and what the dealer plans to do to fix them? Second, do you plan to have a thorough survey done before preceding, I would highly recommend you do that before going any further, and should you not be totally scared by something major like...

Re: Unknown Items
looks like a project, keep us posted As far as the tube, does the boat have mechanical steering? that could be the shaft from the upper helm to a gearbox in the engine room, My previous F-32 had a similar tube but it ran down next to the lower helm, if you turn the wheel at the lower helm, see if t...

Re: Trojan 321 without strainers
I don't think many Trojan boats came with strainers, or they were an option. Our F-32 did not have strainers either, but it did nave the bronze screen on the through hull intakes

Re: Thought I would say Hello
Mike It was a good move and is the largest boat I can fit in my slip. I am fortunate to have joined our yacht club when I was much younger and got a slip as well, our fees are very low and in an awesome spot in San Diego. Right now, there is about an 8 year wait for a 36' slip and 10 years for for a...

Thought I would say Hello
Hi All, I thought I'd drop in and say hello, I haven't been around in a while, in fact, I haven't been boating much since the first of the year. We sold a house, rented and apartment and bought a new house since November, plus a heavy work travel schedule. Anyways, just wanted to say hello and hope ...

Re: F32 SEACOCK LOCATION
When I repowered our F-32, the port side seacock was in the same location, I didn't change the location because I kept the boat in the water during the project, however, I had planned to at the next haul out. I sold the boat before having the chance to move it, the surveyor that the buyer used is kn...

Re: Project Re-Commission begins!
I would recommend you use Teak-A two part teak cleaner & brighter and then varnish it with a good quality MARINE satin interior polyurethane. if you are really into this boat and for the long haul, you'll love the results, but it is a lot of tedious and dirty work. When we bought our F-32, I tho...

Re: Reconsidering
I'd think you'll need at least $6300 to rebuild an old used diesel that should be pushing a down east lobster type boat for off shore fishing ?

Prowler fish, I do have Silverton pennants left, but, I honor the agreement we made with EHG, like We do with Beacon Marine, and will only sell them through the forums and only to members
