I have 2 separate stereo's. One in the salon and one on the fly bridge. This setup work great for me. Usually there are just 2 of us aboard and we are mostly in the same area, flybridge underway, below when anchored so 2 separate units work good for us......John

Thanks guys....I probably didn't run the hot long enough to go through 6 gallons....makes sense that I stirred up some sludge in the bottom of the tank. I normally don't run it dry. Looks a lot like my 72 30' Sea Raider. Fiberglass hull everything else wood, teak deck and mahog interior. My foredeck was replace with marine ply and glassed and painted. Cockpit deck still teak.....could the fiberglass seams on the cockpit overhead by from removing a flybridge?.....just a thought....
