do you think it would be reliable? The reason I ask is that when it comes time to replace my impellers , maybe I will go this route. The reason I like it, is that it eliminates a v belt , which I hate!! on boats. This pump, if reliable is very easy to service and eliminates a belt as well.

I will keep on eye on it, but I'm hoping its normal

I know those honda gens, I actually have an eu 1000 that I use in my work truck, they are amazing, , the issue is I need the air conditioner to work,

I did some research after this posting and see that there are many differences. The main difference that concerns me more than anything else is the fact that an RV Gen works at a much higher temp range than its marine counterpart. Heat/bilge do not mix .
