A very sad day for me

For anyone that has ever had a pet, and then lose them, they can appreciate what I am going through right now. This last evening, at 8:15 I lost my best friend. She was a joy, funny, comical and very independent. Always on her own terms. She was sick for only 2 days, she was only 5 and I have had he...

They say that "necessity is the mother of all inventions". I am surprised that the tint that is done on eyeglasses, that go dark in sun and clear during night has not been incorporated into windshields. Must be a reason besides the costs, but then again, the costs would come down dramatica...

Thx Torcan, I think ill definitly be looking into the stern thruster especially since backing up in a crowded marina is challenging for me. What do you think is better for our types of boats, bow or stern thruster? The marinas down here are usually full with bigger boats so im usually put in a slip...

Great pics, yes the water is really low this time of year, It is almost at the December limits.
We also have fixed docks and almost need a ladder to climb out of the boat :)

You have a bad case of the algae, it is not as bad up here at CBYC.

Haul-out is scheduled for October 27/28 :(

There are no stupid questions

Ok, so now that I have defended my question by saying,"There are no stupid questions", only doing something stupid without first asking what may seem a no brainer question to some. So you all know that I sold my Trojan, and now have a Thundercraft Magnum 280 similar to the Searay Sundancer...

Is that the company you bought the boat from? If so, it could be that they just haven't purged the sale areas, I have seen this with many brokers, they list it on all kinds of sites, and then forget to take them down. Could be completely innocent.

So glad to hear the news Aaron, and as I have said before concerning Phil, it was only a matter of time.
Almost at the end of this obstacle, now get better, and onward to much brighter and rewarding days ahead!
