Re: led interior strip lighting

By the way, there was previous post about the adhesive backing on these LED strip lights, while they say 3M, they don't adhere well, so I used an upholstery stapler and stainless staples which are just a slight bit wider than the LED strip, so I stapled them at every "cut here" mark for th...

Re: led interior strip lighting

This is the link to the eBay seller for the LED strip lights, you can choose many options, I went with the single color warm white, also, be sure to purchase the strip to strip connectors as it makes it very simple to cut the strip light strand and make the connections, the LED strip wiring is like ...

Re: Going to purchase 1988 f32

No Insurance? where do you berth the boat? you can't even get an overnight slip in California without $800,000 fuel oil spill insurance, let alone liability to cover the cost of the marina and surrounding boats should a boat catch fire...

Re: led interior strip lighting

I bought the Ebay strip lights & dimmers and installed them as indirect lighting throughout the boat, we rarely use the overhead fixtures any longer as they produce a bright harsh light at night, the indirect lights give plenty of light and is much easier on the eye. Having dimmers helps tremend...

Gettaway said, [*Don't allow yourself to get bogged down over the generator and the wacky inverter /battery arrangement, If you love the boat, I wouldn't let an old Onan MCCK 6.5 generator kill the deal. I might remove all of the batteries and inverter system merely for weights sake. Honestly, unle...

Re: Bow pulpits

I guess besides structural considerations, how much more a month in slip fees are you willing to pay for the extra length on the boat?
