Welcome to the Forum. You have an excepttionally designed and well built vessel. The switches should be available from the sponsor of this site, BEacon MArine or from John Leed at MarineTech in Lancaster, PA. Although yours may be different, on my 1983 10 meter express cruiser, the re is a bank of t...

Andiamo, a spectacular 14 meter convertible who attended the Trojan get together at Pirates Cove in STuart, FL in 2002 had one of thier clear lucite chairs break a that event. We had a cocktail party on that boat which was attended by Harry & Frankie Schoell. That was the last Trojan event that ...

Sorry, I guess I didn't look close enough at the photos. Too early in the AM and the coffee hadn't yet kicked in. My comments were based on the 10 meter. By the way, you have a really nice International. I have long admired the 11 meter and with diesels it seems to be a perfectly sized and proportio...

Here's a shot of the tank with the lid removed, during the refit. These vessels ar amazingly well engineered and constructed. The use of too much chemical after Hurricane Charley caused the 5200 seal to decompose, so we removed the lid to reseal the tank. http://i215.photobucket.com/albums/cc114/rws...

There are several basic layouts for the 10 meter, the express cruiser, mid cabin and the aft cabin and then combinations with sedan bridge, etc. Yours is the express cruiser. This cleverly designed vessel has both the fresh water and waste tanks are built into moulded in fiberglass, located between ...

Dreamer,

Really well done web site.

It would be nice if all of us International Serice guys could pool all of our collective info, brochures reviews, photos and other data onto one site.

Do we have any takers out there?

You SHOULD achieve 4400 RPM WOT. Otherwise there is a PROBLEM. Is the bottom clean? Props dinged? Here is a link to the performnce chart on my 1983 express cruiser International when it had the 454's. These engines would do 4400 RPM after we adjusted te props, however for the purposes of the test, I...

Brett,

It's THERE !

Now, the question is how do we save it and where do we save it to for the purposes of preserving it?

The Trojan Boat Owners Club (still alive to some extent) is a different site than the old TBOA (Trojan Boat Owners of America) Rest in Peace. Sadly, when these sites die off, there is no library or archive of all the valuable information posted by the members. Perhaps we have a member who has the ab...

Hi Scott, Whatever you do, if you adda new battery bank, don't forget to have a method of dealing with off gassing if that's an issue for the battery of choice. My 10 meter had the twogroup 27's (replaced with 31's) and a 24 which is isolated for the genset. THe original factory wiring provided a 2 ...

Attached is my 2007 reply from John Hunter, the Chairman of the Board of the now defunct TBOA and it's website. I was hoping to obtain an archive copy of the website postings, as these would be a very valuable "library" over time, especially due to the fact that we have an orphaned brand. ...

I've been watching this thread and was wondering what ever happened to TABOOMA2.

He was an F series owner who was very active on the old TBOA website.

Perhaps he's here by another moniker?

I know about the portlights vs. the hatches. The point was that you can tell a mid cabin based hull vs an express ruiser (not mid cabin) style immediately by looking at the portlights. 2 = mid-cabin hull 3 = non-midcabin hull From the rear the gunnels are higher and there is a cutout at the top. Any...
