Plain BS for sure. Our diesel is not taxed for marine use (road tax) but our gasolene is. Yeah right. Lets do this...sit down like normal rational people and tax our marine gas...BUT...give us real gas, not this E-10 BS. Boy, I am getting revved up. You wanna be a leader...lead for Ch*st sakes. I'm ...

I don't know if it is that easy. I have friends in DE that have their boats in Md. for parts of the year. There is a definite time limit, though I don't know what it is. If it registered in one state, I think it has to spend time there and can only visit other states for limited amounts of time. Any...

This may bore those of you that aren't from Md....sorry 'bout that but it could happen in your state too. Our government has miss-appropriated our revenue way too long. Now they want to come after the only segment of the population they "feel" can absorb it. We do however have a voice...Bo...

I've seen it and it is just a proposal for now...If we Marylanders don't stand up and scream foul...it may have a chance. I wonder if Boat US has any guns in this fight??? I also heard that there is a proposal on the table about making the Chesapeake a "no discharge zone". Maryland has bec...

Yep...wears off the prop quickly though. A couple of friends use "prop speed" with good results.

The very concept of "going green" has moved this country towards a much less wasteful mentality. Just look at where we were 30 years ago...Detroits bohemouths were averageing 12-15 mpg and falling apart after 4-5 years. Now it is almost second nature to recycle our trash. The hybrid techno...

Jeff, TNT makes a swim platform/lift...I'm not sure what they cost but probably as much as i am going to pay for the whole boat. I'm just thinking out loud...that would be the bomb though if it was reasonable. I already have float ons but its just a PIA. On the turbos (honda) I've driven Volvo cars ...

Thanks Paul. I do feel lucky and sometimes a little like I took advantage of a widow (kinda) , but justify it by realizing she had no use for her Ben....I know exactly what you mean....I've thanked God many times for my wife being there with me in FL. If she hadn't been I might still be in j...

Hahaha thought someone would like that, yea I co-own silently a bike shop and we service jet skis, they beat me up bad to. Glad I never bought one. We have 3 daughters, 10-13-18 so having the byliner was perfect, teach them all to drive, fish, tube, lay out and have a good time no fighting, it was ...
