Hardy,
Can you include me in your email? I'd like a copy for my records. Mine is 1972 F26 but I'm sure some information is the same.

Thanks.

If you're doing this while in the water, make sure you plug your thru transom exhaust or hang the exhaust hose high in the bildge so no water will come in when you remove your mufflers. If it doesn't come in immediately don't think that it won't later on when you leave that boat for the night. The w...

Where did you find it? From what I understand, in Nov. of 1972 the government standardized boat HIN's. Before that, all manufacturers had there own way of doing things. Mine is 231-2061 but the state of Maryland gave the boat a new HIN number that is on the title. It starts with MDZ and ends with 72...

My inverter is the following: The XPower Inverter 1500 http://www.xantrex.com/web/id/165/p/1/pt/29/product.asp It's 1500 watts continuous and 3000 watts surge. I bought it at Costco for $90.00 2 years ago. I couldn't believe it was so cheap. I need to start building a battery bank so I can run the A...

F26 Poor Mans Boat Air Conditioner
Well I just couldn't bring myself to pay $1600 on air conditioning for my 1972 F26 Hardtop Express. And I couldn't bring myself to cut a whole in the fiberglass to install a window unit just infront of the passenger seat like I've seen often. So here's my answer. Parts: Goldstar 5000 BTU window unit...

Is the Hardtop strong enough to stand on?
I have a 1972 F26 Hardtop Express. The hardtop is supported by the windshield frame and two support poles aft on either side. http://www.putfile.com/pic.php?img=5211022 Was the hardtop designed to stand on? I know there are Flybridge versions of this boat but was the hardtop itself and support desig...

Sea Ya, Well, it's official, I measured my 1972 F25 from bow to stern and guess what, I have a 1972 F26. My title states that its a F25 but the spec numbers match up with the F26. Also, according to the spec sheets, there was no F25 in 1972, only 25' Marlin and 25' Sea Raider. Thanks for all the inf...

prowlersfish, I've been meaning to make an over night trip to the salt ponds but just there's too many destinations. I've visited that marina by car and seemed like a nice overnight trip, espeically with the pool. Neat little community. I haven't gotten a slip yet for Bay Days, I'm gonna play it by ...

Sea Ya, Nice boat. Your boat is the first that I've seen that is almost identical to mine. Are you sure it isn't a F25. http://www.putfile.com/vabeach1234/images/98775 Most other F25 or F26 hardtop trojans have different shaped side windows or wood cockpits. Quick question, how is the canvas attache...

Hey guys. I just thought I'd share these diagrams that came with my trojan. They seem pretty useful. Also, there's some pictures of my new remanufactured 318 with FWC kit and V-drive.
