Moving a 1976 Trojan f30 flybridge

Post by maroisd »

I'm looking for any advice on moving my 1976 Trojan f30 flybridge with a trailer.

I'm in Canada and our road restrictions say 13.6 ft. (4.15 metres) is the height limit. The boat is in storage and I am unable to measure at the moment. Does anyone have any experience moving one of these? I've heard that if I remove everything to the top of the fiberglass I will be ok for clearance.

Thank you for any help

I've got an F30 1977 as well I removed the brdge wheel and the seat for the top edge of the visor to the bottem edge of the propeller I was 12'9" I didn't measure it on the trailor but clearance was not an issue on the 401 hwy and then 416 north and I recived the boat undamaged. Check out the kijiji add under ottawa , boat transport.
