Thanks guys.

Would you be surprised if I told you I saw no sign of tranny fluid after a 5 minute warm up, and short 100’ trip to my dock?

Weird.

Did notice a pulley squeak from what looks to be the water pump. Pulley looks loose/woobling. But is pressed on. Hope to have a diagnosis tomorrow.

Sounds like your raw water pump needs rebuilt or replaced. If there is play on that pully it needs new bearings at minimum. Easy rebuild if you have a shop press to press the bearings in and out and to press the pulley off and on. Very important part of the cooling system on the boat. Don't run to much if its in bad shape.
