Somebody took my picture

Post by David Kane »

I found this on line as I was googling for picutures I use in making up powerpoint presentations for our church service. Looks like me and my kayack. Somebody took the picture last year. From the angle, time of day & knowing me, I'd say I was probably paddling out to a channel bouy in Sandusky Bay, where I'd hang on to it & watch the sunset, then paddle back to the marina.

That is one neat picture. What are the chances of you fiding it on the internet?

Very nice pic. I just brought my boat home this past Sunday from Sandusky bay.

Jerry: Do you store your boat down here over the winter? Where?

David... Yes I do. I keep it at Son Rise Marina. Locally we do not have heated storage for anything much bigger that a 30 footer or so. The people at Son Rise are great to deal with.
I'm heading back up that way in July to hit Cedar Point and the Islands. I love it up there.

Cool. Son Rise is owed (& I'm sure you know) by Angelo Hoty. If you deal with Irma Snyder just down the road at Venetian Marina (also his), she is my pastor's wife. I work at our church as the Administrator. Give me a shout when you head this way!

I will David, Thanks. Likewise if you ever head east. We always have a couple of open stalls at our club.
