leaking 42' 1972 Sea Voyager

Post by Wingit48 »

I have a 1972 Trojan 42' Sea Voyager that chronically leaks. I am told the most common area for leaking to occur in this model is around the transomas the plywood beneath the mahogany planking delaminates over time. I am considering grinding down the area where the sides and bottom of the hull meet the transom and then applying CPES followed by a stronger thicker epoxy covering. Has any one here had any experience with this problem, CPES, or found another solution?
