i'm going to drop them an email about the towels and such. could add a nice touch to ENTERPRISE.

from the ebay posting... at the very bottom.......

Yacht is not a Yacht if it does not have high quality linen sets, bath robes, beach blankets and towels - without nicely embroidered boat manufacturer's name.
Email for details.

the only thing I really dont understand is what it is they are selling exactly as they have alot of different decals, so I guess you have to tell them what it is that you need

His other items are interesting too. I think I'll save him as a favorite seller

The seller has never sold stuff before (only feedback from 1 person). BEWARE! Unless this is Beacon Don or Beacon Bob (who own the Trojan copyright if I have it right), this is at minimum copyright infringement, and more likely pure fraud.

And to post stuff that is in conflict to what Bob ( beacon ) sell is not to cool .

This is a total ebay fraud listing.

1. Poor spelling/grammar
2. From NY(C) pretty much (no offense to my NY brethren; Mrs. Hart is from upstate.......).
3. Caveats about thickness
4. "Decrease" surface before applying.......(see #1).

These are bogus from the word "go".

If the guy owns rights to the trademark, then go for it. But somehow I don't think so. Can you say Copyright Infringement? Furthermore, it is encumbant upon Bob to put people using the tradmark unlawfully on notice to cease doing so and record such lest he lose his right to sole ownership. Bob has to show that he uses the trademark regularly and takes measures to protect it as well. If there are any copyright lawyers out there, correct me if I'm wrong.

From a E mail I have recceved :

These decals for sale on E Bay are Bootleg copy's. All Trojan insignias, Trojan font and logo made before 1992 are copyrighted and are not legal to reproduce with out permission. They have advised the E bay seller to stop selling them.
