Contact Bob at Beacon Marine (the sponsor of this site) he should be able to help you out. Are you in Windsor or the US? If in Windsor, Dan at Happy Days Boat Center on Cabana Rd may also be able to help you out.

Re: replacing screens in port holes
I have a 1990 10 Meter Mid Cabin and I replaced the screens with ease. If you open the port hole then remove the rubber gasket (lightly glued in) it will expose the screen. Remove the screen and clean the surface well with acetone to remove any of the existing glue residue. Place oversized replacement screen material over the hole, tape into place and re-glue ( I used silicone) replace the rubber gasket over the fresh silicone then close the port hole for an hour or two to let the silicone set up. Then take an exacto knife or sharp utility knife and trim the screen close to the rubber gasket. I did all four portholes in less than an hour with standard fiberglass replacement material from the local big box lumber yard. (Home depot, Menards, or lowes)
an easy repair that improves the look dramatically.
good luck

Re: replacing screens in port holes
Anyone have any ideas on making new port hole gaskets for the 10M football shaped portholes? Mine are pretty beat up, so I would like to replace them and replace the screens as well.

West Marine sells replacemetn hatch and port holw gasket material but I would try and bring a piece with you so you can match it up. In the future if you apply a little silicone lubricant to the rubbere it keeps it from sticking to the port hole window and it wont deteriorate as fast. I recently found replaceemnt gasket material for my deck hatch at West Marine and it worked well
