Paragon Model 6A V Drive Dipstick

I have two Paragon Model 6A (water cooled) V drives. The PV31R V drive has a dipstick that is longer than the transmission dipstick and the PV32R V drive has a dipstick that is the same length as the transmission dipstick. I would like to take a survey to try and figure out which one is correct. If you have a Paragon Model 6A (water cooled) V drive, please let me know if your V drive dipstick is longer than the transmission dipstick or the same length as the transmission dipstick. The year of the V drive (if available) would also be helpful. Thanks for your help with this.
