1989 Trojan 11Meter Sedan ???

Can anyone confirm that Trojan built an 11 meter sedan in 1989?
The HIN ends in 89 yes the first 3 are TRJ
.
The coast Guard Document states the boat was completed in 1988 but it is registered as a 1989.
I see no mention on any website about a 1989 11 meter sedan being available, NADA does not list this boat either.
IS this a Mutt?
