i think everyone on the site should be TBOY this year. try something new and different. whoever gets it, just wanted to say it's been an honor to serve in this position. i am truly humbled by it.

Strange not much input

Are we experiencing less traffic than usual? I'm kind of surprised at how little input there is. We have what, two people that have been named so far?!! If nobody else is worth a mention, I would have at least expected more input about those that were. Or is there another underlying, more sinister reason for the lack of participation? If so, PMs are welcome and will remain anonymous. I would just hate to see this tradition die for lack of participation with a simple 2 minute post. It's more than just handing someone a title, it's a token of appreciation to those that have contributed a lot of their time to help others.

Come on guys, I challenge you to resist moving on to the next thread until you reply to this thread first and recognize someone that has been helpful to you last year and is deserving of being recognized for the amount of work they've put into this forum. Don't make me send out the Canadian Navy

Don't recall participation being an issue at this same time last year. In fact I recall the response being such that 2 of you ended up with the title!

I see a lot of 2013 memberships still out there. I think whether or not we have a boater of the year elected we should all still do our part to keep this valuable resource going.

I am humbled by all of the help and support this forum and the people in it have given me since my start. Let keep it going guys.

I see what's going on here.... gotta send that TBOY title back south of the border to the Yankees! Had a feeling you guys would find a way of making sure the Canadians are out of the game this year! You have been a bitter bunch ever since Big D got the title!

What about Paul (from Windsor), whose F26 - quite frankly - kicks ass over any F26 Trojan ever released from the factory!!! Such awesome shape, so many awesome projects. Such incredible results!

What you have to worry about is these International boaters as they are strong this year. The F boats have been in the winners circle a lot . Ok Big D slipped through the cracks . So F boaters north and south, wood and F boats should stick together ! We may lose the TBOY cup this year But we shall return !!

Thanks for the votes and the compliments guys. I take great pride in owning this Trojan. Operating it in the summer is only half the fun. Maintaining it as well as the annual project or three is my hobby and it gives me pleasure to be able to share with other Trojan owners.
