Looking for fuse block F-32

Trying to chase down some electrical gremlins and would like to replace one of the 4 bank fuse blocks on my '78 F-32. Does any one know of a suitable replacement?

The next option is replacing the entire fuse panel, it would be nice to get one with ATO fuses. Blue Sea has some nice offerings, but I am hoping to find something that would fit in the same place.

Cole Hersee makes some that may work . You could check with Beacon to see if they have and OEM ones

They could have made the OEM ones ,they have been around a long time ,longer them me and that's a very long time .

I think they are, or at least used to be, sold under the brand "Sea Choice" but I have not seen them in the ships' store for a while.

I really wish there was an option to drop in ATO fuses however without a major refit.

I sent you an email a couple of days ago...did you receive it? I have a brand new Cole Hersee M-414-01BP fuse block still in the original package. I bought it as a spare for our 1978 F32, and we never needed it.

What would be the advantage of ATO fuses? The original design works fine and the fuse block is simple to change.

I ,too, am looking for a new fuse block for a 1976 F32. I replaced the original with a 12 fuse board from Boat US, about 10 years ago, and half of the switches have malfuntioned, so am looking for replacement. Any help on source would be appreciated. Bill Nelson

He has them in larger configurations as well, but my originals were 4 circuits, so I went with a 1 for 1 replacement.

Update on the fuse situation...

I replaced the fuse block with a new part listed in the post above. It's a 1 for 1 replacement and it solved the issue with the non-functioning wiper. I also noticed that one of the other blocks was dropping on average 1V across the fuse. So I ordered another replacement.

Did your new fuse blocks resolve the voltage drop problem?.....could you tell from looking at the old blocks as to the reason for the failure. maybe corrosion etc....I ask because our boat has the same port and starboard fuse panel that looks like heck to say it lightly....was it just a straight change or was some engineering involved ? ...Mike

it did. In fact, there is virtually no drop at all across the fuse with the new ones. It was a straight 1 for 1 replacement; unscrew the old, screw in the new.

I am not sure what the real problem is with the old one other than its pretty tarnished. I tried cleaning them with a scotch pad and I squeezed the tongs to make them tighter, but I still had a drop.
