Onan MCE help

I have ongoing issues with my Onan 6500 Ensign. I have water in my oil (or coolant...its milky white) even after 2 oil changes. It had been running fine, but suddenly started pouring out black smoke and running like crap. I was going to check the head gaskets, but I can't find any source for parts for these outdated gensets. Any advice would be great.

Do the plugs look like they have been "steam cleaned" or look like they have been running really rich?
