upstate NY boat for sale

Craig's List boat (Buffalo region): http://buffalo.craigslist.org/boa/2255223405.html . This looks like a mid to late '50s Sea Queen -- guessing the motor is a mid-'60s Evinrude. I have a nice '57 Johnson that would look perfect on this hull, and sent the lister a late-night note saying I would call the next day (today). This morning, after the three or four beers from last night had worn off, I sent another note saying I don't have room for another project -- which is accurate, as we are going to be in the middle of a remodeling project this Spring. It was the beer, I think.
But I hate to see the boat going to somebody who just wants a cheap boat, paints it camo, and lets it sort of fade away. I don't know if it is still available, as I never heard from the seller, but figure somebody here might be interested.
