We're just waiting to see what happens here in Pensacola. Every time engineers come up with ways to protect the beaches or the inland waters, the DEP wants to do a study on how it will effect the eco system. How do they thing the oil will affect the eco system?

Heres a video of a news crew out on a private boat up close and personal...

I feel so bad for you guys. Has it affected further south like Fort Myers, Sarasota, Venice, Naples etc.?

I read an old study once that showed oil in the water lessens hull friction and you use less gas running. So, if the floating oil makes it down here I'll have to go for a run!
