Nah... can't be that. I can think of 2 "members" who managed to do that within a week or two of joining the forum MONTHS ago.

I am guessing it has something to do with direct attacks, death threats, or having to file a formal complaint with local or state authorities about someone...

Or another possibility - users of this free site bitching about it and bashing it to the point that the sponsors are seriously asking themselves whey they bother....
