I'm 73 and just getting into this trojan boat thing.
Right now I am in the process of changing both manifolds on the starboard 440 engine of my F36.
I like getting into this now-even if I come out here by myself most of the time.

I never noticed until 55 then it seemed to fly by-60 hit fast and boom-73 in no time.
You look back at all the things you did and say-that was a long time ago-especially when they have that scroll for age that starts at 2013 and you have to scroll down to the year you were born and it's not even on the same page and you realize just how old you are.

Sixty Three here, the Admiral a couple years older.

Life is like a roll of toilet paper. The closer you get to end, the faster the roll spins.

Um, 35 here boys. I decided when I bought my first car at 15, (bailing hay, walking beans, washings dishes at my great aunts restaurant.) That I wanted something cool and different. I bought a 63 ford galaxy that me and my dad tore down and rebuilt, man that 260 v8 was a dog. So many projects later when looking for something cool and different, I came across this 76 F25. What a nice ride. My dad never liked boats, couldn't swim. But always kept an awesome car. 62 vette, 65 Malibu, 85 el Camino, he could build a sbc with his eyes closed. God took both my parents to soon, and as I've been working to get this trojan back in buisness, I can't help but think this would have been the one he would have enjoyed. So there are us young dudes trying to keep it going. Oh, and I've been losing sleep worrying about the new thru hull and ball valves I installed leaking. Thank you to all the guys that keep this site running.
