Post by alexander38 »

well the Ravens won, Now when the news reports show the party next week, Remember that city pumps more RAW sewage in the bay in one day than all the boats on the bay do/or could all season and it does it with a waiver from the EPA !

Is that why you moved FURTHER north and out on a point so you could be closer to it and catch more of it? :P

Would you please cite your source? That's worth complaining about.

The EPA.....the city has been on a wavier for 10 yrs. BoatUs did a story on it a few yrs ago. And it's just not B-more Hampton down here does it too every time it rains hard. Cities with common sewer and storm drain system seem to do it the most do to over loading the system.

Beg to differ Paul, Hampton and lower N.N. and Norfolk (older parts) do have common systems. They maybe upgrading but they still dump S*** in to the James River every time it rains.

Ever seen all the man made ponds in Va. Beach ? That's where most of the rain runs too, It's all part of the Chesapeake Bay clean water act. And know all those golf courses on the south end, they're watered with storm run off.
