1975 F32

Hello!

In the last month, I became a first-time boat owner...twice! I bought my first boat in early December, a 1987 Sea Ray Sundancer 268, but then I saw a 1975 Trojan F32 for sale at the same marina! While I embraced the Sundancer 100%, the F32 was THE boat I envisioned as what I wanted out of the boating lifestyle. So I bought her, too!

I do not know what to share or ask just yet, but just some general feedback, guidance, advice, etc. My plan is to make the Sea Ray "pretty" to sell by the Spring and then work to get the Trojan in the water to enjoy all she has to offer!

Congratulations! My first boat ever was an 87' Sundancer 268 with twin 195 Mercs ... something rather rare for that size of a boat. Ya know,, I miss that boat more than any other. Not sure what it was about that boat, but it was flawless ... a little narrow of a beam, but I loved it just the same. You didn't happen to buy it up in the Great Lakes area, did you? If so, I'd love to see some photos to see if it was mine.

Hello! I bought both boats in Upstate NY/Lake Ontario area. My 268 has the single 454 engine...needs a lot of TLC, but the mechanics and bones are all there. Was very excited to get it ready for boating season, but then I saw the Trojan! Lol This boat fell on my lap and will fit exactly what I want in a boat long-term. The layout just jumped out at me! Here are the two!

Mine was blue ... with an arch. Perhaps it's a good thing it wasn't mine or I'd have to buy it from you! I share your excitement. We just purchased a 98 44' Trojan Express last October. All we were able to do it take it across Lake Michigan to put it on the hard for the winter. Spring cannot come fast enough! It needs a bit of work too. I wish I could find people to work on it over the winter, but that task seems insurmountable. Everybody must be swimming in cash, I guess! Good luck on your adventures.
