I have all of my insurance, home, auto , vacation condo and boat through my Allstate Agent. Paying about $324.00 per year for the boat.

The local marina said I needed insurance declaration page showing $300,000 liability and bodily injury. That is why I was asking.

Progressive is great - been with them for years - until State Farm made me move my car insurance to insure my home, then dropped my Vette because they don't cover old Vettes - aholes. Back to Progressive! ;-)

Well I would like some kinda coverage that will protect me and my boat, Most of the weekend warriors do not have any kind of insurance on there boats. Being on the St. Johns it can get kinda busy on the weekends.

Foofer
Here are my coverages:
Actual cash value 20K
Boat equipment 2K
Liability 500K
Medical payments 10K
Emergency service 1K
When I bought the boat in 2005 I had a survey done, it was valued at 14K. I have increased the cash value to 20 K 2 years ago to 20K due to the work we have done on her. I will increase it again next year. The original invoice says she sold for 27K in 1979 new from Trojan. Not a bad deal.
