So does that mean that my 1986 F26 is actually an F27 too? I know the guy that shrink wrapped it thought I was a little out, he measured it at 28' and used 40' of mtl. I bought it last spring, and when I posted a couple Q's on this forum, I was informed that Trojan stopped producing the F26 in 1983. So, as Foofer, I think put it, where is the extra foot?"

Look at your HIN number that will tell you the model number.
It should be on the transom near the water line I think, starboard side??

Probably added the bow pulpit into the equation, popular to do then. At the TO boatshow this year, I was on a 32', I think, Sea Ray, my daughter was surprised, saying there was more room on our 26' Trojan. Well, I said, 4 feet of swim platform and 2 feet of boww pulpit will do that!

My brother noticed the same difference between his 24 Glastron express cruiser and my F26. Upon entering my cabin for the first time, his first words were, "Wow, your cabin is twice the size of mine!"

That 10' beam makes a huge difference, lots of room down below, and walk around room on the decks too!

F-27 Express.. is 26 1/2 feet thus the 27 foot name...

This does not include the pulpit or the swim deck. We purchased one a month ago. She is a beauty! Orginal invoice confirms F-27 1986. I was Very Disappointed that I did not get orginal manual information after paying 180.00. But Bob marked and wrote in the differences in the one that was sent, provided orginal warranty and a couple of Trojan Brochures from that year, and the factory build data/schedule.
