V-Drive Question

Figuring this sucker out..
My '71 F26 has a LM318 couple to a Paragon PV31.
I'm having a hard time finding anything out about the PV31.
Does anyone else have this set up?
What is the ratio of the PV31? 1:0 - 1:0 or 3.0 - 1.0?

I'm looking for a service manual for it as well.
