Good looking boat. I don't personally know much about the international series, but it looks to be in pretty good shape.

Maybe some of our Florida guys know the boat.

The Internationals are awesome boats, and the 12 M is huge. Although the boat looks pretty good, I would suggest a thorough survey. I don't know how that works with ebay. For that price, I would think you are getting the deal of the century if its in decent shape, especially with the diesels.

I agree with the survey and perhaps you should write the seller and tell him that if you are the winner, the final sale is contingent on a favorable survey report unless there is some stipulation in the sale language that says it must be done before bidding. You will obviously have to pay for it, but it may save you a lot of money.

That would be a pretty big leap for me to bid under those conditions. It may all be just fine, but "responsible for all slip fees after the end of the auction" and a few other specific lines in there put up too many red flags for me.

It also mentions "wire transfer" WAY too many times for me. At least he gives his phone #, which is what I always do on ebay.

At the very least you should call the marina and ask if the dockage is paid up to date. I friend of mine bought a out of town boat and went to pick it up only to have the dockmaster inform him that the dockage was 3 months in the rears and the boat wasn't going anywhere until it was paid.

Looks like bidding close with 0 bids. Must be something wrong with it for no one to bid a 1 dollar considering there was no reserve. The terms would have scared me away.

There were actually a lot of bids. Looks like the highest one was $16,100.00
The seller cancelled all bids and ended the auction early.
