I'm not sure if it's a 32 or 36 but it is a Trojan and it's For Sale. It's in great shape. I think the owner has too many toys / other distractions to use it.

It's a 32. You can see superstructure for the lower cabin above the deck (36 is flush).
I'm a bit surprised that you folks leave your boats in the water with ice in the marina. I would think that if temps go extremely in the wrong direction there is a chance that the hull could be crushed. Is that not a concern?
water bubblers keep the water moving around the boats and moving water wont freeze. I have never done this but I wont consider this next year if I finish all my projects this year and have no problems at the end of next season.
We rarely get a hard freeze in the lower bay ( where ken is ) but it can happen Years back I remember walking around my boat on the ice no damage .
it was 65 degs just a few days ago .

This what my dock and marina looked like just three years ago when I was in Lake Huron. This is mid January. Don't think you want to leave a boat in there!
