Hooking up old speaker attenuator

Post by jhalb »

I am trying to figure out how to incorporate the old speaker attenuator on my 1983 10 meter. My new Sony receiver is mounted under the starboard gunnel next to this old attenuator that looks like original equipment. There are three of them on the boat. All of my working speakers are on my deck. My thought is maybe it could be hooked up to the Sony’s unused front speaker out and power the original cabin speakers. I would have the cabin low and the deck rockin. Are there any diagrams for these old controls?

I have wiring diagrams of the speakers for the midcabin, which might help.

What's your email address?
