Low Water Pressure???

Low Water Pressure???

I have a 12M Trojan International that I have been going through fixing up. In the fresh water system I have replaced the fresh water pressure switch and the hot water heater.

The water pressure in the boat is very low. I am wondering if the accumulator pump could be bad. Anyway to test the tank?
