Crabgrass

Anyone doing a boat restore know how to kill Crabgrass once and for all? Every time it rains it grows 18 inches! Its really annoying

If your boat had crabgrass issues, you have a bigger problem!!! :lol: :lol:

phil uses a salt water solution in a sprayer.

Kill the seeds in the spring with crabgrass killer or use an approved broadleaf and nuisance grass killer if its already established. Theres bleach too, but you didn't hear it from me. ;)

Round-up main ingredient is Glyphosate which you can purchase genericaly for a lot cheaper, put a little dish soap as a surfactant and you will have dead crab grass which I assume is growing under your boat on the hard.

I use that stuff around my pond where you cannot use roundup as it contains a surfactant that clings to fish gills and kills them.

5 gallons of gas and a match will kill it...doubt it will grow back.
