I'm afraid the bottom line is that nothing will change until the politicians regain site of what's really important; its citizens, and making the country work united. Unfortunately they are so consumed with their own adgendas and differences that they can't sit at a table together and brainstorm in times like this to make some much needed changes and improve the lives of its citizens. Until they can do that, we're all in trouble. I mean, isn't the ultimate goal to make a country great and keep it that way? That is bigger than any one party. Who am I kidding right? When was the last time it was actually about the people/avarage Joe?

agreed. I fear there is no turning back from this mess that you speak of. To many other ways and things have been set heavily in place. Its sad to hear my 19 and 13 year old girls talk about it. What can you do?

Don't know about that, there are a lot of Canadians on here now, getting closer to being about even.

We are approaching 10:1 or maybe 5:1, but that's about it.

I'll be voting this afternoon.

I also predict an early Obama lead... That is, until all the republicans get off work!

Want to buy a F36 ? I don't see a future I like . As our area relies on the defense industry and military . I expect lay offs that will hit close to home . And many with be union members that sported him . The hole just got a lot deeper .

Did you notice one ad where Obama was taking about the rich paying a lillte more . There was a boat as the back round . boat = rich .
