believe me paul, i wish i could have yesterday, instead i settled for a short ride up river with my friends the spaldings on their 1983 40' silverton aft cabin. as for the tri cabin, the marina owners put down the ice eaters on friday and attached the lines to two of my center cleats so i'm trapped in my slip until they are removed in the spring. i did run the engines/genset yesterday and ran stabilizer and e-zorb through them. also engaged the transmissions several times to get them exercised. next week i'll probably start the winterizing process, depending on how i feel.

the marina owners are just being proactive i guess. heck, they are even turning off the water as of the close of business, 1800, today. our marina is always the first to have the water turned off and the last to have it turned on. last spring, it was not until 15 april that the water was turned back on. it's just the way they do business. as for the ice eater, i could probably reposition it, but i don't want to mess with it. i'm happy to just do some chores on her in the slip right now.

Beautiful boat. Interior looks great. Looks like the only thing that needs to be done is new topside upholstery.

I have restored her, inside and out. It took two years of weekends. The bank and LAB had it listed for 14k, not 8, and it needed a makeover, which it got. I now use it with my one off 1974 Anacapri 20' center console (Done at the same time as the Trojan, lots of fun) and a Scout 262 Sportfish. At 86 feet of boats I'd really like to sell the Trojan but most of the traffic I've had has been professional joyriders.

If anyone knows anyone interested please send them my way. They might just be surprised what I'd sell her for.

James
