Just a little trivia Tony; that dealer in the little town of Keswick Ontario is the #1 Carver dealer in the world!

AND it is white right now... I come up from FL for 3 days and it snowed on me in Burlington last night and white stuff is falling as I write this.
Not amused, though it has turned cool in Punta Gorda (relatively of course).

Where was that show? I am a bit confused as to why you say "up there" as the pic and some comments are from Jan 3
The Toronto Boat show didn't start until Jan 12 and is still on till the 20th

EDIT: It was at the New York Boat Show

Damn New Yorkers, don't know how to vote anyways :)

Sounds like you are not far away! This I can handle. Everything looks 'pretty' (at least before it turns gray). The 12-18" I had to deal with Dec 27 was a pita.

(TIBS tomorrow !!! Sorry for the hijack)

Hey, take off eh!
Bob and Doug MacKenzie with the Coleman and the back bacon.

Up here we play Beer Hunter, right? So, like, you take a six pack of cans of your favorites, eh. And then you take one out and shake it real good, then put it back in the case, right, and mix 'em all up. So now you pass the six pack to your buddy, eh, and he has to choose one, and put it to his head and pull the tab. Oh that one was good, so now he has to drink it, eh cause it's a penalty. Like, so now pass the pack over to me, like cause it's my turn. Pick one, up to my head. Woo! That was good one too. Now my penalty. So, like now it goes back to my buddy for his turn. Up to his head and.........PAWOOSH. WOW beer shampoo eh.

You gotta love Rick Moranis, and Dave Thomas from S.C.T.V. back in the 80's and 90's.

That's the morning we left for Florida waking up to load the truck with a foot of snow in the driveway. Wasn't just in the great white north though, we drove through it all the way down to VA. That was a first. It was clear sailing all the way back though, that was a first too. It was actually warm up here and the rain got rid of it all. But it's coming back!

We were supposed to go visit family post Xmas in Port Credit that day. Got up in the morning and debated going or not. QEW/401 didn't seem too bad based on forecasts so decided we would try it... THEN I realized I had to shovel out before we could leave! Only took 2 hours

Fortunately a neighbour took pity on me looking like I was gonna die, and came to help with his snow blower. Feels weird accepting help from someone 20 years older than me, but I'll take it!

I was going to blow the snow too but thought the hell with that I'm heading to a warmer place. Slipped it into 4WD and off we went. Tense drive though.
