Love the new look. Rails are gone and all the teak is installed. Came out beautiful.

Thanks, it feels like a different boat! and the seating I picked up and cockpit space will be a great place to spill drinks all summer! We launch on Saturday....

Re: New cockpit teak
Looks real nice! How did you finish the outside edge. Is it flush mount or a form of bullnose.
Season is short, we make the best of it.
Re: New cockpit teak
We routered it after we mounted it so bull nose type finish.

J Gibson McIlvain Outlet in Danielson 860-774-1229 I spoke with Chris. I found the pricing about the best I could do.

Re: New cockpit teak
Do you plan to fill screw holes with plugs.
Season is short, we make the best of it.
Re: New cockpit teak
Yes. Almost done. I will post a few more pics once i mount the cleats and oil it up. The plugs are in but not sanded in the picture. They are now.

Re: New cockpit teak
Think about this. I just replaced the aluminum J-track trim around the inside of the flybridge with 1/4 x 1 inch roundover teak trim. It don't look 38 years old any more. Wanted to do the same around the cockpit: but your idea is making me have second thoughts.
