Beautiful Spring Day in February

Post by vabeach1234 »

I was out running the boat to try to keep the bottom clean this past Saturday (02-18-2017) and a friend was visiting Fort Monroe at the time. The took a picture of me while I was cruising by. Thought I'd share.

I heard that it was out there when I was out there on Saturday. I didn't see it either. Also heard it was back on Sunday. Pretty cool. I've seen them before out there, amazing to see.

15 mph per the GPS. Bottom was a little dirty.

I always thought these boats were more of a semi-planing hull, but I can never look at my boat when I'm driving it. Thanks for the info.

Our February in SW Florida has been rough as well. Stayed on the boat last weekend and had to run the A/C the whole time.

Ok, now you're just throwing salt on the wound. (Or would that be salt water on the wound)

Shoot. Two months yet here in NY (70 degrees yesterday, 30 today....)

What prop are you running? Also -- really like your canvas. Would be curious about cost, as that's something I may be into this year.

(Sorry -- nosey questions. Looking at doing some improvements here.)

Regards.
Motors should run. People -- not so much.
