Not ALL SeaRay's are bad, only 99% of them. Lol. The Pachanga, especially the 32', is a helluva boat.

ok there seems to be some miss info here
. 1)first its ok to own a Searay but not ok to trade you trojan for one ( unless to jump 20 feet or more)
2) Some one has been trying to gett $5000 to join this is a scan and he will be delt with ( keel hulled on a sea ray) . every one knows is only 1k and it goes to me . you got to be care full these days .scams every where !
3) I offer a payment plan ( no scamer would do that )

anyone who owned a Trojan for 36 years is obviously a very intellegent being of excellent character and judgement...welcome aboard the board....

We docked next to a nice Methodist Minister and his wife in Georgetown, SC one weekend. They were just finishing a 1-year "Great Circle" of the Eastern half of the US, and returning to North Carolina (about 2 or 3 days out ) in their 45' Grand Banks trawler.
Sunday morning on the dock with coffees in hand while we chatted, a 30+' Searay passed by plowing a huge wake. The minister whistled loudly and waved for the Searay to slow down, but the driver of the Searay simply turned and gave us a slight wave and continue plowing through the harbor.
The retired Methodist Minister, turned to me and asked if I knew what SEARAY stood for? I said no, and he told me "Stupid Egotistical Arrogant Really Awful Yachtsmen".
I was speechless as the coffee drained from my nasal passages. Now that was funny! That minister really had a sense of humor, and I'll NEVER forget it.
I tell that story every time one of those Searay tours of dozens of 20-40' Searays in line, on plane, throwing huge wakes passes us on the ICW or in the harbor (never in the ocean, where they seldom venture).

wow, I'm glad I got rid of my Searay before I got keel- hauled. I think the big wake is the ghost of Searay past but after getting scrooged a couple times then comes the ghost of Trojan future, and they lived happily ever after. God bless us every one.
