I use a small crane to lift mine on deck . its removable . I don't use it to put in in the water . I put the bow or stern over the rail and give it a good shove .( long line attached ) .

Outboard is put on after wards ( kept at the stern ) .

750 lbs is a substantial amount of weight to lift and the crane would need to be attached to something substantial. I have a 9'6 achillies with an inflatable floor that weighs around 80lbs. I found that for short trips where the dingy is launched and retrieved a lot, something like the "weaver snap davits" worked great. When I knew the dingy wouldn't be needed for awhile, two people could pull it up over the bow rai, minus the motor, and store it on the bow. 750lbs on the bow or hanging off the swim platform is going to really effect a lot of things.
Good luck and let us know what direction you end up going.

I think i will pass on the crane and just tow the the nautica for now
Well i wont even be ready to use it till around july or so
I was happy with my achillies but 2 shitzoos,my wife and me look like a 3 ring circus trying to get on it
She cant board it because it skates around in the water
Not sure how the nautica will act but i assume with that much weight
It can be manageable if she dont like that
Well i guess ill by a freakin ski boat so the dogs can go pee

Don't feel bad. My wife talked me into the 9'6 dingy (instead of the 7'5 on I wanted) when we had our 29 ft donzi with a 8'6 beam. When we ran with it up on the swim platform the wake spray hit it on bothsides of the boat!
