I am having trouble with my Crusair SMXir ac control panel. I can't seem to get the unit to switch to cool via the cool
Button. All the buttons seem to work except cool. I tried to factory reset it but no luck. Any ideas? Thank you!

The panels (key pad) go bad from time to time. I had to replace mine a few years ago.
