F-32 FB has sticky windows in main cabin

hello group,
I have a F-32 FB 1980.. and the windows in the main cabin are always hard to slide open..
they have rails that come off and chipped glass on the edges.. has anyone addressed this problem? if so what did you do? I would like to fix mine. maybe get some advice from someone who has done it already..

Had a similar problem. Solution was to remove the windows and clean out the track.

I have posted a thread "Windows F32 Clean View" of my project.
