Structural Bottom Condition

Hello everyone! I am looking at buying a 1990 Trojan 14m Convertible that has been sitting in salt water for a number of years and not taken care of. I was told that 5 years ago it was pulled out and the bottom was redone. It has the black bottom paint on it with some growth around the sides. Rain water has been leaking in the cabin but the bilge looks good and dry in the rear. The neighbor helping take care of it said a couple years ago he noticed it was sitting low in the water, and it was just up to the floor where the engines sit. He pumped it dry and it has been sitting up right ever since. The engines start and run good but the interior pretty much needs gutting. My question is should I be very worried about the hull structure? Any Ideals what something like this is worth? Thank you for any info you have!
