12m Convertible - strengths and weaknesses?

Hi,
I am looking for a sturdy 12m Convertible for fishing, cruising and liveaboard for a couple and I came across this forum. If somebody has some spare time I'd like to know a bit about the Trojan 12m late 80s convertible, I found one at $90k on YW with DD 6-71s and it looks nice. What this boat like and what cruising speed, burn rate can I expect, what are it's strenghts and weaknesses and how do they compare to 12m Hatts?
